  I came into the field of energy healing through my own path of self healing of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, abuse, codependency, addiction, trauma, and grief. Also, as a parent, I have helped my children navigate some of these same struggles. These experiences were the catalyst to finding my purpose in energetic healing and also serve as a connection to the people I work with facing similar struggles as well as those unique to them.

I have come to understand the connection of energy blueprints, patterns and blockages to mental, emotional and physical well being. I believe in an integrative approach to healing where all aspects of the person are considered including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

My focus is creating a safe, trusting space where each person can open to the healing energy and come into alignment with their truest, authentic selves. There is nothing to fix or remove, just energy to be brought into alignment perfectly and naturally in accordance with each person’s unique needs in each moment. As the energy shifts into alignment and flows openly and freely, there is a deeper understanding of the root cause of pain.

Within everyone is the ability to heal themselves and shift the course of their lives. My mission is to help each person discover their inner wisdom, listen to their body and discover their power to navigate challenges and to ultimately be at peace within themselves.

As a Reiki Master Practitioner with 10 years of experience in working with this healing energy within myself and others, my goal is simply to help people connect to themselves with trust, love and acceptance. I am continuously discovering and learning new energetic healing techniques to provide people more avenues to self discovery and healing. I believe the deepest healing occurs through a feeling of safety, trust and a willingness to work through pain in a space of acceptance.
