Our mission is to help all teens develop a life they feel is worth living. Through the development of skills and group process each teen develops the skills needed to begin finding safety and security in their world. We are committed to equity and inclusion. We welcome clients of all races, genders, and we are a safe space for LGBTQIA+ clients.
IOP groups run just under three hours a day
3:30-6:20 pm Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday
Mornings 10:00-1:00 Wednesday Friday (Waitlist)
Teens will attend between 3 and 5 days a week depending on their level of need.
In addition to approximately 3 hours of treatment groups per day, clients receive medication education, weekly DBT skills parent group, weekly 30-minute check ins, either individual or family. If clients require more than 30 minutes per week these additional sessions are billed at our hourly client rate of $160/hour.
Does my teen have to attend all scheduled groups? If your teen is enrolled in our program they will be more likely to meet their treatment goals if they attend all scheduled groups.
What does the program cost?
The IOP intake is $200 for a 90 minute intake with a lead clinician.
The Daily Rate for IOP is $250
Weekly costs are:
$750 for three days per week
$1250 for 5 days per week
A deposit of $1500 is collected at admission. The deposit holds your teens space in the IOP, the deposit is not refundable if the client leaves the program prematurely against treatment team recommendations. Deposits are returned at the completion of and graduation from the program.
Our program is highly individual and clients are admitted based on need and graduate from our program when they have met all of their individual treatment goals. For some clients this is between 8-12 weeks for others it may longer and may be as long as 30+ weeks.
Will insurance cover IOP treatment? The answer is possibly. A lot depends on your carrier and the individual plan you have selected as well as your OON (out of network) benefits. Insurance generally covers a daily rate based on their calculations, not necessarily on the actual cost of the treatment.
We will help you check insurance benefits and OON reimbursement rates. Depending on your carrier we will either submit the claim for you or provide you with a superbill which you will then upload to your carrier's website. Or you can use the conveinent Reimbursify app.

Occasionally, teens need more care than weekly individual and group therapy can provide without needing to be in an inpatient facility. Suicidal ideation, self-harm, anxiety, and intense emotions can leave a teen and a family struggling and wondering what to do to help the teen remain safe and develop the skills needed to develop a life they feel is worth living. Our IOP allows the student to attend school and join the IOP for one of two daily sessions either Morning IOP from 9:00 am-1:00 pm or after school from 4:00pm-8:00pm. They may also participate in individual sessions held between 1:00pm-3:00pm,
Groups provide support. Hearing from others with similar issues helps your teen see they are not alone in dealing with the concerns they may have. Many teens experience a sense of relief when joining the groups in IOP because they no longer feel like they are the only ones experiencing the intense emotions and struggles that they are experiencing.
IOP treatment costs less than hospitalization and less than residential care. The treatment in our IOP can be an incredibly powerful tool for learning and change. Teens experience multiple groups a day focused on skill building, process, and emotional regulation, as well as tools such as yoga, art therapy techniques, horticultural therapy techniques, and sandtray therapy.
As with all of our groups our IOP groups teach teens about themselves. Every person in the group “holds up a mirror” and each person get to see themselves through the other group member's eyes. It’s a way of uncovering blind spots that may be in the way of overcoming issues.
