Krippa Family Psychological & Wellness Services is an established, growing private practice committed to providing thoughtful, individualized mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

We believe excellent clinical care starts with excellent clinicians. We look for professionals who value strong relationships with clients and families, continued professional growth, collaboration, and being part of a team while maintaining independence in their clinical work.

At Krippa Family Psychological & Wellness Services, we want clinicians to have the support they need without feeling micromanaged. Our clinicians have the independence to develop their own therapeutic style and areas of expertise while having access to colleagues for consultation, collaboration, and support.

We are a practice that values continued learning, strong clinical skills, creativity, and authentic relationships. Our clinicians work with a diverse range of clients and have opportunities to expand their skills through individual therapy, family work, groups, psychological services, and higher levels of care.

We also understand that clinicians do their best work when they can focus on being clinicians. Our administrative team supports scheduling, client inquiries, and practice operations so our providers can spend more of their time focused on clinical care.

We are interested in building long-term relationships not only with our clients and families, but with the clinicians who choose to work with us.

Our clinicians are comfortable working independently while also recognizing the value of consultation and collaboration. They are open to feedback, interested in continuing to develop their clinical skills, and willing to seek support when a case requires another perspective.

We especially value clinicians who bring their own strengths, interests, and areas of expertise to the practice. We aren't looking for everyone to practice in the same way. We want clinicians who are confident in who they are as therapists while remaining curious, flexible, and committed to providing excellent care.

For clinicians working with children and adolescents, we look for professionals who genuinely enjoy this population, understand the importance of building relationships with families, and can connect with young people in an authentic and developmentally appropriate way.

Therapist – Cary, NC
We are seeking a clinician who enjoys working with children and adolescents and is interested in becoming a long-term member of our clinical team. Experience with DBT and/or group therapy is a plus.

Play Therapist – Cornelius, NC
We are seeking a therapist with experience and training in play therapy to work with children and families at our Cornelius location. This position offers a welcoming office environment in a beautiful lakeside community, with staff access to the lake and two recreational pools. 

Licensed Psychologist – Psychological Testing – Cary, NC
We are seeking a part-time licensed psychologist to provide psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. Flexible scheduling is available, and Saturday availability is welcome but not required.

Krippa Family Psychological & Wellness Services values the opportunity to support the development of future mental health professionals. We periodically offer internship and training opportunities for graduate students seeking meaningful clinical experience in a private practice setting.

Students may have opportunities to gain experience with children, adolescents, adults, families, groups, and other practice programs depending on their graduate program, training level, interests, and current opportunities within the practice.

We look for students who are curious, dependable, open to feedback, and eager to develop their clinical skills while becoming an active part of our professional team.

We provide ongoing training in a variety of modalities. Play therapy, sandtray therapy, EFT, etc...  Because growth and expertise are important to us we provide training  as well as training stipends based on longevity.
