Clinicians are able to work in one of our lovely appointed offices or from the comfort of their home for video sessions depending on population served, outside in one of our lovely outdoor spaces, or a combination of any of the aforementioned spaces. 

Clinicians provide individual, family, and group therapy. Our clinicians have a variety of specialties and utilize a wide array of techniques. If you are highly skilled in DBT, specialize in couples, eating disorders, Anxiety, OCD, Trauma, Self-harm, suicidality or an area that we do not currently have a provider you are strongly encouraged to apply. 2024 Hiring Now IOP Manager This position is for a fully licensed clinician with management experience. This role involves managing the day to day operations of our adolescent IOP as well as providing some individual and group therapy. The individual in this role must be organized, insightful, flexible, an excellent communicator, able to work well independently and within a team. 

Clinician: Licensed Clinician to provide a combination of group and individual sessions with the focus on group therapy for the teens in our Adolescent IOP. Must be highly skilled in group therapy, DBT, CBT, and assessment of suicidality, treating self-harm, and have excellent communication and team building skills. Mental Health Technician Hiring April 2024 1 Technician in Cary Provides support and supervision in the Adolescent IOP. This position requires a bachelor's degree in Psychology and is a great opportunity for Graduate students to experience real time experience in the mental health field. This is a direct care position working with adolescents ages 11-18. This position includes direct care as well as administrative, and general facility care tasks. Must be mature, focused, organized, excellent time management skills, be able to pass a drug test and security background check. 20 hours per week.  

Are you a highly skilled psychologist able to test across the life span? Do you possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal?  The ideal candidate is self-directed and able to collaborate with various treatment providers. Availability for afternoon, evening, and weekend testing a plus. Ability to provide an assessment of ASD preferred.

We offer comprehensive internship opportunities  here at our practice. Interns spend their time working in both the private practice and the intensive outpatient program. Those able to commit to one year in the program receive the full benefits of learning about all aspects of clinical practice and administration. Interns carry a caseload and assist with all aspects of our adolescent IOP program. 

We provide ongoing training in a variety of modalities. Play therapy, sandtray therapy, EFT, etc...  Because growth and expertise are important to us we provide training  as well as training stipends based on longevity.

We offer a highly competitive hourly reimbursement, which is in the top tier of the triangle.

Clinicians: Typical hours include 25 hours per week comprised of client sessions and groups,  weekly team meetings and supervision. 

Health, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability and life insurance, supervision and peer consultation. Liability insurance coverage provided for fully licensed clinicians. 

After 1 year 401k with 4% employer match. Training stipends begin after 6 months,
